Scientific Laureates of the Royan International Congress

According to the Public Relations and International Affairs of Royan Institute, the 25th Royan International Twin Congress and Festival was held at the Shahid Beheshti University International Conference Center, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024. The event was attended by Hojjatoleslam Abdolhossein Khosropanah, Secretary of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution; Dr. Mohammadreza Mokhber Dezfouli, President of the Academy of Sciences; Dr. Hassan Moslemi Naeini, President of ACECR; and Dr. Mehdi Eslampanah, Head of the National Standards Organization. During the event, in addition to recognizing the laureates of the Congress.
Additionally, during the opening ceremony of the 25th Royan International Twin Congress and Festival (including the 25th Royan International Congress on Reproductive Biomedicine, the 20th Royan International Congress on Stem Cell Biology and Technology, and the 19th Seminar on Nursing and Midwifery), Neda Alimohammadi, Hossein Falah Mohammadi, Shirin Hekmati, Leila Rashki, Somayeh Torabi, Shirin Dehghan, and Fataneh Khajeh Hosseini were recognized as the seven scientific laureates of the Congress.
Dr. Abdolhossein Shahverdi, President of the Royan Institute, stated that the late Dr. Saeid Kazemi Ashtiani, during his lifetime, was a source of inspiration for his colleagues, and even today, his name and memory continue to drive efforts and achievements. He added that Royan, full of energy and hope, continues on its path, and it is hoped that the goals of Dr. Kazemi Ashtiani in founding Royan will be realized.
Dr. Moslemi Naeini, President of ACECR, also emphasized that the ultimate goal of ACECR 's scientific activities in the fields of medicine and biology is to transform knowledge into technology and diagnostic and therapeutic services. He stated that the organization's goal is to become one of the innovation ecosystems for Iranian elites, entrepreneurship, and hope-building among the country's young researchers.
It is worth noting that at this scientific event, 33 international scientists and researchers from countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Turkey, China, Russia, Japan, Sweden, Switzerland, Qatar, India, and others delivered speeches. The presentations and specialized workshops of the two international congresses on Reproductive Biomedicine and Stem Cell Biology and Technology were conducted in English, while the seminar on Nursing and Midwifery was held in Persian.
The 25th Royan International Congress and Festival (including the 25th Royan International Congress on Reproductive Biomedicine, the 20th Royan International Congress on Stem Cell Biology and Technology, and the 19th Seminar on Nursing and Midwifery) took place over three days, from August 28-30, 2024 (Wednesday to Friday), with the participation of domestic and international scientists, professors, students, and enthusiasts in the field of biomedical sciences at the Shahid Beheshti University International Conference Center. In addition to the specialized congresses, workshops and an exhibition featuring representatives from more than 30 pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies were held on the sidelines of the event.
